Its function is mainly to engage directly to Enterprise and Commercial Account including Government Projects. Later on, HPKOM also reserve as Value Added Distributor for Nortel Networks. It distributes networking and data communication integration products and services through channel and dealers across Indonesia. It is formed to provide the right and cost-effective solution.  HPKOM in order to serve product’s solution and services to customers and in a manner of efficiency, HPKOM, functions as well as Value Added Reseller for other vendors and continues developing and improving its relation support through cooperation with other local and foreign companies (as Distributor or Sub Distributor), information technology adaptation, and customer-satisfaction works.  Its cooperation with those organizations and Data Communication Service partners, PT.
